Other features include one-stop claims processing and fast payment, availability across all UPS service levels, streamlined billing on the customer’s UPS invoice, coverage for loose stones and protection for international shipments destined for more than 60 countries. The service was originally launched in Los Angeles and New York. UPS also offers Proactive Response Secure, a service that combines proactive monitoring of packages and, if necessary, intervention and remediation, with insurance through UPS Capital Insurance Agency, Inc.
