The deal allows Kook Pak to offer an allocated capacity of 20,000 square feet of both chilled and frozen storage. Kook Pak provides freezer, cooler and dry storage, blast freezing, cross-docking, consolidation and redelivery services on a daily basis from the Northern California facility. It now offers five locations along the West Coast, with facilities in Ontario and Patterson, Calif.; Portland, Ore.; Seattle, Wash., and Langley, B.C. In addition to managing a fleet of 53-foot, multi-temperature refrigerated trailers, Kook Pak provides status updates and online order tracking through electronic data interchange.
