OHL's annual revenue is reported at €1.2bn ($1.99bn).
Geodis, totally owned by SNCF Logistics, offers tailor-made solutions in more than 67 countries through its five lines of business: supply chain optimization, freight forwarding, contract logistics, distribution and express, and road transport. Annual revenue amounts to €6.8bn ($7.5bn).
Earlier this year, Geodis unified its offerings under the Geodis brand. Eventually, OHL will also be rebranded Geodis.
