Click2ship allows bona fide freight agents to obtain online all-inclusive quotations for shipments, including collection and delivery, which can be subsequently converted to bookings. Additional services such as insurance can also be booked online. Click2ship was first launched in AMI's U.K. business in 2010. Similar services have since been launched throughout the company's Australian, South Pacific and Americas networks. In South Africa, the service is initially available for export shipments up to 200 kilos, to any non-restricted worldwide destination. Only dangerous goods are excluded. Having booked online, freight agents have online access to track-and-trace information around the clock.
