The service is being provided by a Boeing 767-200 freighter. It provides earlier delivery and later pickup times, by an average of one hour, DHL said. The flight operates daily between the DHL Americas Hub at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG) and Detroit, with a stop in Minneapolis to connect with freight routed to and from Canada. It is operated by Atlas Air, Inc., a subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide, a global provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services.
