The tools allow users to see which equipment is down and which has already been repaired. According to IDS, customers are using the information to streamline their inspection processes and identify problem areas before they cause trucks to be shut down by the U.S. Department of Transportation, or break down while in transit. Data stored in the cloud can be accessed at any time, IDS said.
