The Toughbook 20 combines the features of laptop and tablet for field workers requiring highly mobile computers, with the ability to capture large amounts of data. The device was built for challenging environments, including field services, utilities, oil and gas, transportation and logistics, healthcare, insurance, public safety and defense. The Toughbook 20 includes 6th General Intel Core vPro processor technology, with 128GB SSD and 8GB of RAM. It offers a choice of Windows 10 Pro or Windows 7 Professional (available through downgrade rights from Windows 10 Pro). The laptop offers six usage modes, with a tablet that can be detached and used by itself, or flipped 180 degrees to show content in presentation mode. The device can operate in carry mode or hang on a wall, Panasonic said. A vehicle mode provides full functionality when on the move.
