W&H will be folded into Dearborn Mid-West's Material Handling Systems Division, with the entities collectively rebranded as DMW&H. The combined organizations will provide design, integration, installation and support of material-handling systems, with a focus on the e-commerce, retail, industrial, wine and spirits, and food and beverage industries. Joe Colletti is the new president of DMW&H. Previously, he was president of Dearborn Mid-West's Material Handling Systems Division. Ken Knapp will remain as chief operating officer of the new corporation, responsible for developing vertical services to customers, the company said.
