Located in the west of Singapore, the built-to-suit facility covers 50,000 square meters, including 46,000 sqm of warehousing space. In addition to offering standard freight and warehousing services, it will serve as a center of excellence – Kuehne & Nagel’s first in the region – for high-tech, industrial, pharmaceutical and healthcare customers. More than 40 percent of the hub has been equipped with chilled storage, redressing and postponement facilities, to support the growing base of pharmaceutical and healthcare companies operating in Asia, Kuehne & Nagel said. The facility will also include a Logistics Learning Hub, focused on talent development, training and succession planning.
