The expanded roster of flights includes a weekly freighter service to Moscow, MD-11F flight to Doha every Friday, and direct flight from Frankfurt to Seattle, also operating every Friday with an AeroLogic Boeing 777F, which will then fly on to Los Angeles before returning to Frankfurt. Lufthansa Cargo said it will bring in a larger aircraft for future freighter flights from Frankfurt to Tokyo and Seoul six times a week, and Beijing four times a week. A Boeing 777F will operate on those rotations as of the end of March. The carrier will link Frankfurt and Hong Kong in daily service; in addition to the Saturday connection with an AeroLogic Boeing 777F, it will fly an MD-11F to the south coast of China six times a week instead of four. The frequency to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is doubling, from one to two weekly services. Lufthansa Cargo also announced a number of new destinations via the airline’s belly fleet.
