According to the vendor, the web2 dashboard gives Web-based applications the responsiveness of desktop counterparts, with the capability of operating on virtually any device. Web2 screens contain live data, and reconfigure individual parts of the page in the same manner as desktop applications. The software is based on open-source tools, allowing for the inclusion of hundreds of readily available viewing tool widgets, such as bar charts and gauges. Browsers supporting web2 include Apple, Android, Microsoft and tablet-based operating systems for Amazon Fire, Apple iPad and Microsoft-based devices.
