Evolution Time Critical will remain headquartered in the U.K. with its existing management team. Operations will also continue at Evolution Time Critical Deutschland, the company's service hub in Germany. According to the principals, the deal gives Metro an opportunity to increase its presence in the automotive industry, and further develop its footprint beyond North America.
