Cellcontrol's technology will pair with a driver's smartphone in the cabin and restrict driver access to certain smartphone applications while the vehicle is in motion. In the process, the tool promises to cut down on driver distractions. TomTom Bridge links business applications such as Cellcontrol with TomTom maps, traffic and navigation software. The TomTom Bridge device features a seven-inch screen, fully customizable Android interface and Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It comes with lifetime TomTom Maps and TomTom Traffic. Hardware features include near-field communication, integrated camera, wireless connectivity, Bluetooth, loudspeaker for vehicle use, and custom charging cradle that can be mounted in a wide variety of vehicle configurations.
