The logistics center is located in the Dubai Logistics City, close to the airport and adjacent to Jebel Ali Port. It is the first facility in a three-phase growth plan, which will provide the company with a presence in the DLC of approximately 25,000 square meters by 2019. The center has warehouse space of 7,200 square meters, with two mezzanine levels dedicated for value-added services and spare-parts operations. It contains temperature-controlled areas as well as ambient-temperature zones. Dubai is DB Schenker’s main hub in the region.
