The company will offer a variety of integrated logistics services, including transportation, warehousing and value-added services, in more locations worldwide. A new logistics center in Austria will become operational in early 2017, offering 33,000 square feet of storage space. In France, Dachser is expanding warehouse capabilities in two locations: Salon de Provence in the Alpes Côte d’Azur region of Southern France, and the city of Reims in the north. In Germany, Dachser has expanded the Überherrn Logistics Center and Eurohub to include a contract logistics warehouse with 36,000 square feet of space. The new facility will become operational at the end of October, allowing Dachser to combine European overland transport with intercontinental routes, and link up with sea and air freight for imports and exports. In the U.S., Dachser provides more than 350,000 square feet of warehousing space in five major cities: Memphis, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami and Charlotte.
