RedPrairie Corp. has announced a series of enhancements to its Execution Management software, which is now integrated with workforce management. The new features give planners and store managers a comprehensive view of store operations and workloads, to permit the customization and optimization of projects and tasks, the vendor said. With access to localized details, managers can better devise best practices at the individual store level. The technology eliminates manual processes that can lead to communications breakdowns and the inability of stores to capture and share feedback, according to RedPrairie. Execution Management creates a feedback loop between stores and the corporate office, enabling communication between headquarters and field teams. Best practices at individual stores can be communicated quickly across the store chain. Specific features of Execution Management include task escalation, multiple roles per user, event information on calendar, automated task expiration, labor budget reporting and task start-work dates.
