Management Dynamics Inc. has released Freight Bill Management, a freight audit solution designed to help shippers and logistics companies establish financial control by eliminating freight bill overcharges.
The developer says its solution fully automates all contract terms and uses a powerful rating engine to accurately audit bills of lading for both air and ocean transportation, including domestic routes. Supported by a team of contract analysts, the solution identifies rating discrepancies and provides tools to quickly resolve bill issues with carriers.
Management Dynamics says that as bills of lading are received, the solution conducts a rate search of each shipment to verify that the proper rate is used along with all assessorial charges to ensure that overcharges are promptly acknowledged and resolved with the carrier.
