The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) has published a new book, entitled "Start Pulling Your Chain! Leading Responsive Supply Chain Transformation." The book offers a comprehensive guide to managing technology-driven transformations in the Information Age, the group said. It shows readers how to use current real-time, Web-based information technology to avoid pitfalls, accelerate the implementation process and achieve competitive advantage. Co-authors are Donald J. Bowersox, CSCMP founder and Michigan State University dean and professor, and supply-chain industry executive Nicholas J. LaHowchic, recipient of Syracuse University's Salzburg Leadership Award.
