While the overall growth of on-demand CRM applications is expected to grow by 41 percent over the next three years, on-demand CRM growth is actually expected to slow in the U.S., because a lot of early adopters are already using CRM applications. The real growth for on-demand CRM applications is being driven by Europe and Asia. Equity research analyst Wesley Kennedy says he expects a compound annual growth rate of about 34 percent in the U.S.
