eMason, Inc., a seller of software for business process management, has developed version 3.0 of Clarifire. The Web-based application has a new look and intuitive user interface flow, the company said. New features include a user portal, discussion board and automated document assembly. Through Microsoft .NET 3.0 and service-oriented architecture (SOA), Clarifire provides automated mapping and integration interfaces. According to eMason, the tool's open architecture allows users to eliminate older and unneeded applications, including macros and mini apps, providing a centralized, Web-based dashboard for integration management. Other new features include exporting tools, search functions and calendar views of company dashboards. Clarifire users can log in directly to the portal and get easy access to news from clients, the industry, eMason and others. With one click, authorized users can gain access to their dashboards and advanced process automation. The business rules engine now enables document automation based on user actions. Data can be stored under customizable criteria for easy document creation, and templates are available for frequently used documents, eMason said.
