APL Logistics recently announced the expansion of its OceanGuaranteed service in the trans-Atlantic trade lane, offering its expedited, day-definite LCL service from Europe to North America. The service will initially be from Bremerhaven, Germany to Norfolk, Virginia, with door delivery to virtually any zip code in the continental United States.

OceanGuaranteed was the industry’s first day-definite guaranteed LCL and FCL service from key origins throughout Asia to North America. It offers a single-source, origin port-to-door solution with kilogram based pricing that is reliable without the cost premiums and carbon emissions associated with airfreight.
