Despite turbulence in the U.S. markets, the outlook for the enterprise application services market is rosy, says a report from AMR Research While cost savings has reemerged as a primary concern for IT organizations, it has not eclipsed innovation or emerging market growth to the extent it did in the early years of this decade. While European company budgets are smaller and plan for growth more conservative, nearly half will increase their budgets.
