Iasta says that retailing giant Nordstrom Inc. has signed a multi-year agreement to utilize Iasta's SmartSource solution.
Iasta says the platform enables users to reduce sourcing cycle times, improve processes and capture cost savings through robust features and functionality such as event management, "eRFx creation" and template libraries, advanced reverse auctions and post-bid optimization analysis.
Iasta says that Nordstrom found the combination of these tools, as well as the developer's ability to support a multiple-location retail organization with rapid response times, integral to its decision.
