Oracle Corp. has released version 19.3 of its AutoVue Enterprise Visualization software. The update makes available to users technical information such as product specifications and computer-aided design (CAD) drawings, without the need for authoring applications. It includes a new user interface, which makes it easier for users to view and collaborate on documents. Through Oracle's Applications Unlimited program, AutoVue customers can access new capabilities to enhance supply-chain collaboration, improve business processes and meet industry-specific needs, the vendor said. AutoVue Mobile, a new product within the AutoVue software suite, provides a secure mechanism, which allows teams to share technical documents with supply-chain partners. Mobile Packs, a feature within AutoVue Mobile, lets partner's access design and product information, as well as the full history of comments, changes and decisions related to the documents. IntelliStamp, another new feature in AutoVue 19.3, enables electronic signing and stamping of document sets with attributes from the back-office system. AutoVue adds support for the latest release of AutoCAD, version 2009, and the Industry Foundation Classes format.
