Container Management Systems, LLC (CMS) has launched a new IBC (intermediary bulk container) Savings Calculator. The Web-based tool provides a formula for measuring potential cost savings when switching to the CMS IBC service. It examines such factors as current annual cost, cost after switching and projected annual savings. CMS is the creator of the DuraCycle Container Loop, which ensures a virgin interior surface for each use of the DuraCycle IBC. It includes a patented liner, proprietary installation and simplified logistics. The barrier-film liner is used in a wide range of industries, including paint and coatings, adhesives, dyes and food, pharmaceuticals and water-treatment chemicals. It can be installed in any commercially available steel, rotationally molded or composite IBC. The service includes delivery retrieval, tracking refitting and certification of IBCs.
