EFL Global announced April 10 it acquired Canada-based Locher Evers International (LEI). The company says this deal will allow EFL Global to expand its reach within the Canadian market while strengthening the company’s ability to provide customers with end-to-end logistics solutions.

The acquisition will see LEI operate as a subsidiary of EFL Global. LEI managers and employees will remain in their current roles to make this transition seamless for both suppliers and customers.
