Inspectorio launched the CAPA recommender April 20, a ChatGPT-driven artificial intelligence tool that assists brands, factories and other organizations with supply chain management. Using data from Inspectorio's supplier ecosystem, the CAPA recommender guides corrective and preventative actions, reducing the need for manual investigations into supply chain issues.

First, the CAPA recommender detects supply chain trends by analyzing Inspectorio data. From there, it identifies the root cause of product defects/non-conformities. The recommender also improves the speed and quality of corrective and preventative supply chain plans. On top of that, it provides personalized, automated recommendations, reducing the time and cost of manual supply chain investigations. Lastly, the software vendor says, it enables more transparency, creating more trust amongst partners.
