The American crowdsourced logistics company Roadie recently announced it will be launching a new service called Roadie XL, a logistics tool that will make it easier for organizations to complete the same-day delivery of oversized or awkward items.

The service matches items that weigh at least 60 lbs with drivers that are certified to operate large vehicles and dollies. In turn, customers can receive same-day delivery of items weighing up to 300 lbs.

With RoadieXL, users are given specified delivery windows that require no packaging and avoiding handling delays, unlike most regular oversized delivery options available on the market today, all for a single flat-rate price.
