Voxware, Inc., a supplier of software for voice-based warehousing operations, has entered into a partnership with Innovation Solutions, a software integrator with a focus on warehouse management (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Innovation Solutions will use the Voxware 3 platform to enhance its WMS deployments and better adapt to changing workflows, labor and technology. The tool will allow it to provide improved workforce productivity and accuracy, better warehouse safety and real-time visibility of order status, the partners said. The marketplace is quickly moving toward standards-based voice systems that work well with corporate software applications, according to Daniel Proulx, president of Innovation Solutions.
