Inovis, a vendor of software for business community management, has made available its Actionable Intelligence, Software Edition. Actionable Intelligence is intended to improve transactions between buyers and sellers. It monitors electronic orders, advance ship notifications and invoices against business rules and compliance guides, so that suppliers and retailers can uncover any problems faster. The Software Edition is aimed especially at companies with IT policies that require behind-the-firewall systems for managing partner transactions. Users now have three ways to deploy the application: the Software Edition, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Edition and Managed Services Edition. Actionable Intelligence allows retailers to integrate transactions at every stage of the supply chain, from vendor setup through day-to-day order fulfillment, shipping, invoicing and compliance, the vendor said. Modules include Chargeback Avoidance, Community Management, Operations Support, Deductions Management and Scorecard Management.
