Craft is launching a user-friendly, configurable supplier risk management (SRM) platform designed for team collaboration and proactive risk mitigation.
The next-generation SRM employs a comprehensive data fabric, to facilitate smarter supplier decisions across all risk domains. The scalable platform utilizes AI-driven risk alerts to make it easier to anticipate and respond to risks in the supply chain, the company says. The system offers 360o supplier visibility, “hyper-relevant” risk signals and a state-of-the-art, user-friendly collaboration workspace, helping users to stay in compliance and minimize supply chain disruption.
The platform is configurable for specific business’ needs, to eliminate “noise” and provide a simple view to anticipate and prioritize risk. The collaboration-centered design centralizes data to improve visibility, communication and risk mitigation across an enterprise. The platform was designed based on a “user-first” approach, says Mimi Spier, chief marketing officer for Craft. “It’s highly intuitive. It’s actually really enjoyable to use.”
“Some of the largest government organizations and commercial enterprises are utilizing the system,” Spier says, “to provide reliable data and actionable insights to manage risk to their operations.”
