APL has begun a third service with fixed weekly sailings between the U.S. and the East Coast of South America. Samba, as the service is named, calls the ports of Newark, Philadelphia, Norfolk, Savannah, Miami, Santos, Montevideo, Rio Grande, and Itajai. The service complements APL's existing Tango and ABX services from the U.S. East Coast to the East Coast of South America.
