Cadre Technologies has forged a partnership with Tom Zosel Associates, Ltd. (TZA), under which TZA's ProTrack labor-management software is being integrated with Cadre's Cadence warehouse-management system. According to TZA vice president Paul Schweet, labor costs account for 50 to 65 percent of a company's total distribution spending. The integration of ProTrack into Cadence allows Cadre customers to boost productivity and employee retention, lower labor costs and improve overall business performance, the partners claimed. TZA is a supply-chain consulting firm, which offers management consulting, engineering, technology and human-capital services. Its ProTrack application calculates work duration; tracks associate time against standards, and provides various management tools. Cadre offers supply-chain management software to the fulfillment, logistics and manufacturing industries.
