Empire Southwest, the Caterpillar dealer for Arizona, Southeastern California and portions of Northern Mexico, has chosen TECSYS's EliteSeries transportation management system. Empire Southwest will interface the TMS with its own systems and implement the program under the name eTrac. Using handheld devices, Empire employees will track incoming and outgoing product, shop for transportation rates and confirm delivery to customers.
