Veramark Technologies, Inc. is offering the VeraSMART Performance Advisor, a business-intelligence application for analyzing telecommunications expenses and generating data that can help companies to reduce costs and boost productivity. The tool provides multiple ways to analyze expense data collected and managed by the VeraSMART Communications Management Suite, the vendor's technology for enabling telecom-expense management. Performance Advisor summarizes the data collected by VeraSMART, using analytic dashboards, charts and graphs. According to the vendor, it provides a holistic view of all telecom and I.T. expenses, including costs associated with managing assets, work orders, wireline and wireless usage, and service-provider invoices. Users can analyze expenses by organizational department, cost center or location; vendor; service type and inventory type. VeraSMART Performance Advisor is set to begin shipping on June 30; it will be available for on-premise licensing, in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, through business-process outsourcing and as an enabling technology through Veramark Telecom Expense Management Consulting Services.
