Plex Systems Inc. has joined with EnteGreat Inc. to introduce the Plex Online ERP application for manufacturers in the food, beverage and life sciences industries. Plex specializes in ERP systems for manufacturers, while EnteGreat is a consultancy focusing on that area. EnteGreat has extensive experience in industries regulated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, according to Plex Systems chief executive officer Mark Symonds. Plex's ERP platform is geared toward small and mid-sized manufacturers, with an eye toward enabling all key processes within one integrated system. The vendor sells Plex Online, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application for manufacturers, covering such areas as operations and quality management for the shop floor, customer relationship management, supply-chain management for procurement, and ERP for finance and management.
