As part of the agreement, the entire Monarch Systems Integration Consultant team is completing the Alien Academy RFID training program relating to the installation and integration of Alien readers and portals into customer locations.
Paxar, White Plains, N.Y., is also an Alien printer/encoder partner and an Alien qualified Smart Label provider. "This agreement to sell and integrate Alien readers to our North American customer base, along with the qualification of Paxar's smart labels and our previously announced partnership for printer/encoders, means that users of Alien's RFID technology can go to Paxar for their RFID printing/encoding and reading solution," says Rick Bauer, Paxar's director of global RFID development. "Users can benefit from being able to work with Paxar to make sure their Alien RFID products function as intended in their environment."
