An amendment has recently been made to the Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration's 49 C.F.R. Part 1721. Changes involve tightening of regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials. Materials that are the most hazardous will undergo more stringent guidelines.
