Supply-chain consulting firm enVista has developed a series of professional development and training courses for supply-chain professionals and executives. The first series will be offered at enVista's headquarters in Carmel, Ind. from June 8-11, 2010. Sessions are either half- or full-day, and have been packaged together so that attendees can take more than one. In the future, the firm intends to offer Web-based training in addition to customized sessions for clients at their facilities. enVista's "enRichment" summer training schedule for June includes Warehouse Management 101 on June 8, Transportation Management 101 on June 9, Labor Management 101 on June 10 and Change Management on June 11. Classes may be taken separately or bundled at a discounted rate. enVista's consulting services are aimed at manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
