FedEx Custom Critical rolled out a new subsidiary earlier this year, FedEx Truckload Brokerage, to provide solutions ranging from regular, dry-van freight to oversized pieces requiring flatbed trailers. Additional resources can also be utilized for shipments requiring temperature control.
"FedEx Truckload Brokerage gives customers another choice on their freight-shipping menu," says the unit's managing director, John Colonna. "We have spent the past 12 months developing relationships with the top carriers in the country to ensure we deliver the quality and reliability that our customers expect from FedEx."
FedEx Custom Critical, the parent organization, provides specialty freight delivery for urgent shipments in the contiguous U.S., Canada and Mexico with air solutions available worldwide.
