Southeastern Freight Lines, a provider of regional less-than-truckload services, has expanded its service center in Savannah, Ga. The carrier has added 20 freight doors, bringing the facility's total to 58. The remodeled service center includes a reconstructed office, dock upgraded with high-efficiency lighting, and new electronic security features. In addition, the on-site maintenance facility has been remodeled, with new lighting and technology updates. Southeastern Freight Lines specializes in next-day service in the U.S. Southeast and Southwest, with 76 service centers in 12 states and Puerto Rico. It relies on a network of service partners to provide transportation services in the remaining 38 states, Canada, the Virgin Islands and Mexico.
