In spite of the uncertain economic forecast, the future of logistics outsourcing looks bright, says Cliff Otto, Saddle Creek president, in a recent interview at eyefortransport's 3PL Summit. Companies are recognizing that third-party providers are uniquely positioned to help drive costs out of their business and give them the flexibility to accommodate business fluctuations, he explains.
