enVista, a provider of supply-chain consulting services, is launching a series of education and training sessions for supply-chain professionals and executives. The firm's enRichment series provides training that can be customized to the operations and business goals, interest areas and audience-experience levels of each client. Interactive training is conducted at client facilities for small groups through teams of up to 20 people. Teams develop a road map for incorporating lessons learned within their organizations, and participants receive workbooks tailored to their own training. The benefits of on-site training include the ability of participants to communicate openly without being concerned about divulging proprietary information, the company said. The sessions are also more cost-effective, enVista said.
