QuestaWeb Inc., a provider of Web-based software applications for global trade management, has opened two satellite offices, in St. Louis, Mo. and Mobile, Ala.

Across my career, I've participated in scores of software implementations for companies ranging from SMBs to industry giants. Some have gone exceptionally well, while others have encountered delays. The suite of TradeMaster applications from QuestaWeb, Inc., a provider of global trade management software, is now compatible with Internet Explorer 8-11, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.

Many of today's customs house brokers rely on legacy systems. Increasingly, new Customs and Border Protection rules and regulations are challenging the capacity of these systems.
