AuraPortal, a provider of business process management (BPM) software, is readying the launch of its Content Management Module. The new tool is part of the AuraPortal Business Management Platform, which includes applications for BPM and business rules, document management, customer relationship management and online commerce. The module allows users to design a totally customized system, with all transaction activity monitored by the AuraPortal BPM Module. AuraPortal's content-management system for publishing on the Web includes announcements, news, articles, documents, videos and other types of digital content. The process covers all stages of the content's lifecycle, including creation or capture, storage, security, flow, access, publication, version control, recovering, distribution, conservation and destruction. AuraPortal claims a presence in 50 countries with more than 350 customers.
