MIQ Logistics has acquired the assets of The Logistics Corporation, Ltd. (TLC), a U.K.-based logistics provider. The addition complements MIQ's existing services in the U.K. and Europe, with the goal of offering customers enhanced end-to-end services, including retail warehousing and fulfillment. As part of the agreement, MIQ is adding multiple warehouse locations and dedicated, retail-oriented distribution centers around the U.K. TLC has worked closely with MIQ for the past six years. Headquartered in Overland Park, KS, MIQ has offices in North America, Asia, Europe and South America.
