Verian Technologies has developed version 10.6 of its suite of purchasing and invoice-processing applications. Improved data-importing capabilities make it easier for users to transfer data into the Verian system, even if the information is incomplete or contains errors. The new release also allows users without any technical knowledge to easily make data transfers, the vendor said. The company said it plans an "aggressive" product-release schedule for 2012, including major enhancements to its supplier network, user interface, and invoice-processing and materials-management invoices. Verian's systems are aimed at a broad array of industries, including oil and gas, retail, healthcare, financial services, government and non-profit organizations. The technology helps users to control spending and enhance visibility by automating the entire purchase-to-pay process on a single software platform.
