Shipco Transport has opened an operations office in Dublin, Ireland. At the location, Shipco Dublin will offer a full range of neutral less-than-containerload and full-containerload wholesale services to the Irish freight-forwarding community. The office is located 15 kilometers from the Dublin Port and five kilometers from Dublin International Airport. Billy Mulligan has been hired as general manager of the new Dublin office; he has more than 25 years' experience in the Irish transportation industry. Shipco provides a broad range of groupage services to and from all major trading areas, using a mix of direct service and hubs. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Scan-Group, an international shipping and transportation company headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
