PrimeRevenue Inc. has developed OpenSCi, a cloud-based tool for supply-chain finance (SCF) interchange. It is intended to serve the SCF needs of buyers and suppliers globally, the vendor said. PrimeRevenue introduced its SCF Platform in 2004. OpenSCi covers a broader spectrum of financial needs of the world's largest supply chains, the company said. It offers an SCi Map that is custom-designed for each client, covering a specific mix of SCF capabilities and instruments. OpenSCi was designed to be configurable as the client's needs shift over time. PrimeRevenue is expanding its multi-bank and funder capabilities through the SCiFITM component, allowing for the management of multiple funders within a complex SCF program. Some OpenSCi components, such as SCiSupplier and SCiPortal, are upgrades to existing functionality within the PrimeRevenue SCF platform. Other components within the new suite include SCiCloud, SCiEnable, SCiCustomer, SCiFI (funding institutions), SCiAnalytics and SCiConnect.
