Qualcomm Enterprise Services has integrated its Circle of Services Workflow application with the Alliance Pro transportation management system (TMS) software of Sylectus, one of its business units. Alliance Pro provides advanced fleet-management software for smaller transportation companies. The newly integrated offering ensures that fleets using Alliance Pro transmit critical "circle-of-service" information to the right driver at the right time, the company said. Fleets can benefit from the combination of Sylectus's experience in serving the market with Qualcomm's mobile-based fleet-management technology. The Circle of Service Workflow app enables the intelligent delivery of information, routing just-in-time prompts and exception notifications to help reduce driver dependence on back-office staff. Qualcomm Enterprise Services provides integrated wireless systems and services to transportation and logistics companies around the world.
